Refund Policy
Unopened Bottles:
Should you decide to return an unopened bottle a 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. An unopened bottle must be returned within 30 days of the shipment date.
Opened Bottles:
If after using Diatain you are not completely satisfied, you may return the rest of your unused bottle for a refund within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
For all returns please follow these directions carefully:
1. To return a package please email us at support@weightlossdietpill.net for a "Return Authorization (RA) number." Any returns without a RA number can not be refunded.
2. Ship your return package to:

3. Include a copy of your original invoice. Write your RA number on the outside of your return package. Please make sure you prepay the shipping on all returns. Do not send the package C.O.D. or collect. It will not be accepted. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
